I am actually dealing with more plumbers today. Today's trivia question is, how many times do you have to communicate something to repair men who don't speak English to get something repaired correctly. Answer, going on the 5 trip out now. Let's see if today's plumber can translate......

Call INS and threaten them with deportation. Bet they learn English real fast....

I'm telling them i am refusing further plumber service until they schedule a licensed plumber that is an outside person. Still leaking and we still keep paying for hot water to trickle for going on 3 months now.

Ironically a few weeks ago this same client had a dispatcher spill coffee on a UPS, which shorted out all the equipment that was plugged into it.

Since I work from home most of the time I just drink my coffee here. At client sites I bring water, but in a cup that has a closable lid. lol

I get along with all of my clients, but they also all annoy me. I guess I am truly getting old and people just annoy me more and more. lol

His problem is most of the teachers demand things and then turn around and have no clue how to work the setup that they wanted in the first place, and even after being explained too how to use it they usually find a way to mess it up and he has to go back and fix it for them over again.

The student side is just the regular destruction of property or the ploy the JR High kids did this year to see if they could all open a crap ton of YouTube windows all at the same time to crash the system so they wouldn't have to do their work. He had to write a program into the chromebooks to prevent them from opening more than one Youtube window at a time.
