This is true. Through Saturday I was doing pretty well, but after Sunday I think my only hope is my national champ winning the whole thing. Since the points rise every round, it really is almost anyone's game.

I had 10 out of the sweet 16 correct, but I had some of my already bounced teams advancing to 8 and even 4. (Kentucky, you stinkers...)

And Houston heard the Bracket Grim Reaper whistling, but survived a scare...

OMG that was one of the best college b ball games i have ever seen last night. Houston into over time 4 of 5 starters fouled out, bringing this little white dude who was a walk on and had only played 4 minutes the entire season to hit crucial free throws. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.

Texas A&M used all their adrenaline (and most of their fouls) to get that chance for the buzzer beater in regulation on Houston. Then they celebrated like they won the national championship.

Then they had to start OT.

After the media timeout to start OT, you could tell the adrenaline had faded out of their bodies...They were moving much slower.

Duke and Houston meet next weekend.

Not going to be Nostradamus here, but here is your Star Wars analogy.

Duke looks like Anakin with a light saber, and Houston resembled younglings at the end of the game. EEK!

I think the Duke game and every other game involving Houston going forward is going to be determined by how tightly the refs call the game. Houston is used to a lot of contact being allowed. I don't think they will survive another game getting into foul trouble like that.

How you feeling about the Championship rematch between Uconn and San Diego State?

UConn is clearly a 1 seed.

UNC clearly toast, sorry about that Mitch. No smack talk from me i am holding my breath that Houston survives their last two games. It is starting to look like UConn is unbeatable, but, they have not played any major competition yet either. Illinois looks really hot right now.

I didn’t think San Diego State looked all that great this year but getting rolled over like that was crazy. I just wonder if UConn runs into a team that can keep it close will they know how to handle the pressure. I think Purdue has a good chance to meet them in the finals

I guess i was more emotionally invested in Houston than i thought, i just thought last nights game was really sad. Jamal Shead was just unstoppable all year, big 12 player of the year and then to end his college career like that was just heartbreaking. I really think they would have beaten Duke if he was in the entire game.

I think we may well be headed to a UCONN vs Purdue final. That could really go either way depending on how the shots drop and how the fouls get called.

But let's not count out Duke, Tennnesee, Alabama, Clemson, Illinois, or NC State yet.
