Congratulations! The Techno-Viper Officer cracked and revealed a secret file on how to reverse the effect of the the Local EMP Weapons, Code-name: L.E.W. (pronounced "Lou").

(In the previous chapter, one of the devices was triggered in Chicago which remains in darkness.)

The "Reverse Remote" is loose on the arm rest of Cobra Commander's throne. Cobra Commander and Tomax & Xamot are trying to extort $2 Billion to restore the power to Chicago. They didn't think about how challenging it would be to make their demands known when the Mayor's phone and electronic communications don't work.

The Commander and Twins are travelling to New Orleans to negotiate the extortion from a secure line setup between the New Orleans Mayor and the Chicago Mayor who is temporarily working out of Milwaukee, outside the radius of the device's effects.

Your mission: Take advantage of the timing, get past the Crimson Guards securing Cobra Commander's throne room and activate the remote to begin to reverse the effects of the L.E.W.'s devastating impacts. Good luck!
