One of the Techno-Viper Officers blurts out "You thought you stopped all of us. Check out Chicago, if you can get through to anyone there!"
One of the devices was able to be deployed and triggered in Chicago.
All the electronic devices have temporarily stopped working, including traffic signals, radio, cell phones, cars with computer control boards and more.
Your mission: You need to get info from the captured Techno-Vipers on how to reverse the effects of the L.E.W.'s devastating impacts. Good luck!
