"Episode Synopsis"

Cobra kidnaps Rock singer "Billy Blaster" to use his rock music as a "Sonic Weapon" to destroy New York City. Mayhem ensues as Metalhead takes over for Billy and uses his heavy metal music as a sonic weapon. In the end the Joe team rescue Billy, and he and "Rock and Roll" battle Cobra using their own "Sonic Weapons"!
