I think both of them can. As I keep mentioning Wild Bill is a former LRRP (basically Rangers in the day) and would have additional training and experience. However his main job is to pilot helicopters so I would think Wet-Suit, with his skills in this kind of mission, would be more fresh. Wet-Suit

Your mission: Help foil world conquest by convincing collectors and hobbyists to collect responsibly. Which character is better able to be the spokesman that this should be fun and games and not an all consuming diversion? Stalker to me has more personality since Wet-Suit's filecard states how unruly and such that he is.

Agreed as much as i think wet suit is the better joe i have to go with stalker

In the Cartoon, Wet-Suit is probably the least personable character so I don't think he is going to work for this mission. I vote for Stalker.
