Cobra Commander has perfected the use of the to time travel to the alternate world and transport the top Nazi scientists through the portal to help him build his ultimate weapon, a device that can use atmospheric disturbances to create earthquakes on various places around the world. It is called the CARRP device. In order to stop this nefarious plot for world domination you must go through the portal back to 1945 and find Dr. Mishensmallow who has developed tech for the allies that can be used to counter the CARRP device. Unfortunately he is being held deep in a Nazi lab in Berlin which is being protected by the top Nazi SS brigade. You have to rescue him and bring him to 2023 before its too late.
