Stalker is probably going to get a lot of votes, but it's probably going to be very cold outside of the Russian Gulag, and Blizzard would be better prepared for long periods in the cold after he escapes.

Could go either way. But those eyes on Stalker say: "I'm going to escape. You're going to chase me. Then I'm going to shoot you through the scope of your rifle."

Stalker, for reasons YTJ stated plus there is the Tundra Stalker figure as well. Plus if Blizzard is a standard infantryman and Stalker was either 75th Rangers or even Special Forces (as a lot of his skills allude to) there is a good chance he attended the SERE school. Whereas a standard infantryman would not be able to.

FINAL FOUR SCENARIO

OPERATION VALKYRIE!

You have successfully rescued an allied scientist from a lab deep underneath Nazi Berlin, transported him through Nazi checkpoints and out of Germany only to be captured on the Russian front and been put into a Gulag. You also were able to escape that prison with the scientist and deliver him to safety. Now you have been tasked with aiding a Nazi defector with his plan to assassinate Hitler at the his coronation speech that he will be giving at center of Berlin. The only weapon you and your associate will have is one sniper rifle. You only get one shot at this, and in order for the mission to be successful you must also get the defector out of Germany once you have completed the mission. Good Luck.
